All Airfares quoted are given on basis that reservations still have to be made and are subject to availability.
Taxes, airline and government insurances charges are to be added in all cases unless advised other wise. You will be given the total cost of the ticket before you are asked to pay.
When you book tickets on-line, you are agreeing to the applicable fare rules for all your flights as stated by the airline; PLEASE ASK as specifics are available and will be emailed to you for review before submitting reservations.
We are not responsible for fare increases for bookings that are not able to be confirmed before fare increases take effect.
Fares are subject to change until payment has been received in full and cleared funds are available.
The airlines reserve the right to confirm or deny any flight for up to 24 hours after the reservation is booked.
Electronic tickets will only be issued from 01 June 2008 under IATA rules.

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and direct credit to our account , Cheques if we have clear 7 days before you travel. Some fares may be subject to a credit card charge. But you will be advised if this is the case.

Due to heightened security at all airports, airlines are checking photo identification of all passengers. This means you must advise us of the correct name and spelling of all those travelling so the name on each ticket match's that of the pass port that passenger is travelling on. If we have to have a ticket re issued due to a miss match of name there is a charge (min $100.00 per change) . All passengers travelling outside of New Zealand are required to have certain travel documents, including but not limited to a valid passport, a round-trip airline ticket or proof of onward travel and a visa; some countries have a departure tax payable at the airport. Passengers are responsible for these items and these should be considered before purchasing tickets. Contact the destination country's consulate for details.

To change or cancel a booking you can either email us at sales@destinationstravel.co.nz or telephone our call centre on 0064 9 373 4033 during the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Our Fax number is 006 9 414 1689. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types. Some fares cannot be changed.

If you have lost your ticket prior to the day of travel please either e-mail us at: sales@destinationstravel.co.nz or telephone 09 373 4033 during the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. If you are telephoning from overseas (0064 9) 373 4033. With E Ticketing this is not normally a problem.

International Bookings: Paper tickets will be sent to the address you have provided to your consultant within 7 days of booking and full payment. This will be sent via New Zealand Post Couriers who guarantee next business day delivery.

How Do I Obtain A Refund For A Previously Paid Air Booking?
Please return your unused airline ticket together with a covering letter explaining the reasons for your non-use of the booking. Don't forget some tickets are non refundable. All refunds will be provided by the airline in accordance with their terms and conditions. Also note, airlines charge cancellation fees that change from fare to fare. Airlines may take up to 12 weeks to process a refund.
